Celebrating The History Of Hayman’s Gin

Celebrating The History Of Hayman’s Gin

Location: Toronto, Ontario.

Last week, I had the pleasure of going to Oretta’s upstairs event space in Toronto. for a private event celebrating Hayman’s Gin.

Enter Hayman’s Gin of London

It’s crazy to think that Hayman’s Gin is the only gin being distilled in London, UK, currently.

The company has been around since 1863. That’s right, 1863. We celebrated the long-standing history of Hayman’s Gin at Oretta in Toronto, ON.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the Father and Son, Christopher and James Hayman (pictured below) as well. It got me thinking more about the legacy I want to leave behind. I will probably end up in the spirits’ business at some point just for that reason alone.

The Bottom Line

Thank you for having me, Hayman’s Gin. It was a pleasure to hear more about your company heritage, try your Hayman’s 50th Anniversary Rare Cut Gin, and the interesting Sloe Gin, which I enjoyed very much.

For more information about Hayman’s Gin, their history and heritage, be sure to look out for the LXRY Magazine article coming soon or find out more information on their website.
